Kennedy Technology Group has developed an Auxiliary Retrofit Kit for the GL1500 Gold Wing that gives the GL1500 a direct music input, such as the one provided as a factory feature of the GL1800.

Primarily, this aux retrofit kit is used as an option on many of our Kennedy Technology Group products. Look for the "GL1500 Aux Retrofit" option under the Auxiliary Harness category on many of our Kennedy configuration pages. The price for the Aux Retrofit will vary depending on which product you are looking at, but in all cases the price includes the retrofit kit itself, installation service (ship your radio to us for installation), and any additional cables that might be required for the specific Kennedy product you are looking at.

Kennedy Technology Group GL1500 Aux Retrofit Kit Fitting some audio devices such as MP3 and satellite radio to GL1500 Gold Wings can be difficult due to the lack of an auxiliary input, such as the GL1800, Ultra Classic, and Venture have as factory equipment. The Kennedy Technology Group Aux Retrofit Kit gives you a direct auxiliary input for use with all of the Kennedy audio accessories such as the IsoSet, AuxSwitchSet, CellSet MC/GPS3, and so forth. Note: This item is just the circuit board itself - more components will be needed to connect your audio devices to your Gold Wing, and a switch will need to be installed.
