274-0381 - 3.5mm Stereo to 2.5mm Mono adapter. Used to adapt Chatterbox stereo earphones to work with some Garmin GPS receivers (e.g. StreetPilot III, or 2610 through 2720 using GA-010-10495-02 audio cable). Chatterbox parts CB-AUDO and CB-HSAUDO required.
