1. I have an older HARD unit that needs service. What do I do?

Download the H.A.R.D. Troubleshooting Guide (PDF file) and go through the steps in it. If you are unable to resolve the problem yourself, the guide has a sheet to fill out and return to the manufacturer with the H.A.R.D. unit to be repaired.
